More Pictures of Didi!
Last night I took Laoye and Laolao to see my didi again. This time Mom let me "hold" him. You can see the picture. Also we got a celebration dinner from the hospital. I celebrated with some tasty french fries, tomatoes, and cucumber. I hope Didi and Mom can come home today!

I'm a big sister!
My parents said that I would be a big sister soon. Last night my brother Hugh was born! I just call him Didi, "little brother." Turns out, though, he's not so little. He weighed 8 lbs 13 oz and was 21.5 in long--even bigger than I was! I was excited to see him twice today. He seemed pretty happy to spend time with my mom eating, and the rest of the time sleeping. Mom and Didi must be tired.

one and a half years old!
haha.. I am more than one year old. One and a half is another milestone in a life, isn't it?
Today, we went to Lowe's and bought a peach tree. So after we came back, our whole family started planting the tree. I hope that three years later,we will have the delicious peaches.
Yesterday,we went to several yard sales. My dad bought me some toys and swing. I really enjoy!
Certainly, while we are celebrating my 18 months old, we are also eagerly waiting for my didi's coming. But it seems that he is very patient, just wait till the due day. Who knows?

a helper and a teacher
While Dad went to Tenassee for a business trip, Mom took us out several times to kill the time.haha..
One day after we came back from Walmart, Mom popped the trunk, then she just left it open when Laolao and Laoye all came into the house. I saw the trunck openning, I tried hard to remind Mom. After we came in, I found Laoye left the key on the door. I had to call Laoye back, pointing the key. then he realized that he forgot to take the key off.

That night, while I was playing my toy with 26 English alphabets.Suddently, I had an idea to teach my Laolao and Laoye, so I just hold their fingers to touch the letter one by one. At the same time, I also babbled the letter, trying to help their pronunciation!!haha...
It is not so easy to be a teacher!!

My new hairstyle!
This afternoon, after I woke up from nap, my laolao helped me to have a new hairstyle. After they showed me in the mirror, I just fell in love with it. They like the new style, too.
Certainly, it is nice to get a belated Christmas gift, too.

Happy New Year!
Mom made Cornbread and Canadian Bacon as the breakfast, certainly with Texas Grapefruit. The cornbread was not so good as she imgined. We went shopping some, but we didn't buy something.
For the dinner, Mom made the Hop Jon, which is my Dad's hometown food. It is good.
At night, they went to see a movie, left me with my Laolao and Laoye.
This is our family tradition for the new year!

See you, 2007!
45 minutes left for 2007! It is time to say goodbye to the wonderful 2007.
Dec.29, My Dad's best friend Scott and his wife visted us, who were on the way to Colorado to visit his parents. I really liked spending time with them. She is pregnant, too. And it is said that they will be twins. It's great news! My parents are very happy for them!

Dec.31, in the afternoon, my mom took us to visit her friend Carolyn. She gave me a book called Goodnight Moon, which is interesting. Carolyn made some tea for them. I wanted to try some, too. But it was hot. I like the tea's color because it looked like some kind of juice. Afte a little while, I went to my Diaper Bag and found an empty bottle, so I urged Mom to pour some into the bottle. haha... It was not so good as I imagined. But I did drink some of the tea with my fomular bottle as the same time, which made them feel very funny!

We had hot pot at night. My parents haven't had the hotpot for a year. They seemed enjoying it.

Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!!
This Christmas is fun for my parents and me, even my Laolao and Laoye, too. It is more interactive because of my participation!
The day before Christmas Eve, we started decorating the Christmas tree and putting on the lights along the windows. We went to IHOP for breakfast on Christmas Eve. That is my family's tradition--eating at IHOP on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Eve. During the daytime, we went to the mall, where we played around while Dad went to buy gifts for us. haha... We went to attend the Christmas Eve Service at Church. Certainly, I couldn't stay for the whole time, then Dad took me out and I ran around in the hall. We were not the only one. There were other Dads with their children, too.
After we came back, we took pictures beside our Christmas tree, then my parents started hanging the stuckings.
This morning, my Mom cooked the breakfast that we like most with biscuit, bacon, fried eggs and fruits.
The most fun time was to open gifts this morning. Certaintly it was me who started finding the gifts. I got a lot of nice stuff. Like my Dad said, I hit the jackpot! I really appreciate those who gave me the gifts. They are so nice and generous! My parents also got the gifts they liked, too.
This evening, we invited Mom's friend and her son to have dinner together. I enjoyed playing with that gege, but he didn't like me touching him because I am a girl. haha...
In a word, we whole family had a wondeful Christmas this year. We really enjoy the special day! I hope that we will have more fun next year with my didi's participation!!

Ok, enjoy the pictures! (Mom couldn't put all the pictures here, these are just some of them.)

Get ready for Christmas!!
This year, my parents' strategy for buying Christmas tree failed. Even though they waited till today, there was still no discount.Oh, in fact, Lowe's did have discount, but it was earlier than last year, so they missed. Friday when they went to Lowe's, there was no any Christmas tree left. haha.. so today, they had to buy a fraser fur from Homedepot.
It's fun to put on the lights and ornaments on the tree. Last year, I had no idea about it. My parents put on those things while I was sleeping. But this year, I was one helper who helped a lot in good and bad way. haha...Certainly, this year, my Laolao and Laoye also joined us. It is fun, fun, fun...
The ornament I got this year is a Chinese girl and a Chinese Style house. I did put on the Ornament I got last year by my self. It is a snowman, saying baby's first Christmas.
This year, I also enjoy driving around differnt neighbourhood with my family to see the Christmas lights. The cheerful way for me to express my impression on the lights is to say "wu,wu,wu.."
