Today, Mom's chinese friend came to our home with her son, who is 8 years old. Friends came, certainly, I should be warmhearted. I really wanted to play and spent time with the little brother, but it was SO funny, he didn't let me touch him because I am a girl. In fact, sometimes, I was not intended to touch him. I occasionally lost my ballance, so I had to hold him or touch him, which really scared him.
The funny thing is: while he was watching Tv, I wanted to accompany him, so I walked to him. He even used all the sofa pillows to cover his whole body even though today's temperature is 90F. Later he also wanted me to be there with him to watch TV, but I was already with the adults in another room. He came to find me, but he didn't want to hold me, so he used an ice tea can to attract me, thus, I followed him and crawled back to the TV room.
Even though he is a little "strange", he is nice because he brought me some toys he played while he was baby.
BTW: today, I walked more and longer. It's fun to be independent.haha..

Happy Father's Day, my great No.1 Daddy!
We had a full day. This morning, Dad and I attended the special event at FBC---father &children's doughnut time. It's so nice to see so many dads and children had breakfast together. Then like the other Sunday, I had a wonderful time at the nursary. Oh, the teachers helped me to give my dad a Father's Day card and chocolate bar.
We had lunch at Chinese church. Today there were a lot of food because some sisters cooked special dishes for Father's Day.
Early afternoon, I stayed with Grandma and Grandpa Yvonne and Dick ,while my parents went to airport to pick up Mom's friend.
We had Mexican food for dinner. I watched the DVD in Chinese. It's a fun day!!

This morning, my parents and I went to see my Mom's OB doctor, where we got confirmation : I am expecting a lifelong playmate. haha..
I did see the picture:s/he is so tinny. My parents said when they first time saw me, I was as big as a grape. Later, I become an apple size, then finally, I was like a big watermellon. haha.. I think that is why I like every fruit right now.
Anyway, ready to welcome my lovely buddy. One thing annoying me is that I had to get up very early (compared to my normal schedule.) in order to see the doctor. haha.. I hope that later I will think it worthwhile to get up earlier in order to welcome the little one..

Today, I am 11 month old. One day older, one day different. haha..
Today, I made more effort to stand up by myself and took more steps.
Mom took me to the Safari Park again. Tonight, they had hot-pot with one older lady and her daughter. They seemed enjoying the food very much, but I just had to watch their eating.

Every Friday night, my parents and I went to Grandma Yvonne's house. They study and I play. At Grandma Yvonne's house, there are a lot of things for me to explore. Last night, I found out a box in her bedroom. There are a lot of fun stuff. You see.....

Since last week, two things really bothered my Mom, or really make her mad and sad!
Maomao didn't behave so well since last week after my Dad put some baking soda under his litterbox. He sometimes poops on the floor and sometimes, he pees everywhere in the sunroom. So he makes our downstairs very smelly. Mom is really mad with him. Since this morning, he changed some, but Mom said she would give him one week, if he still holds on his bad habit, she should take some actions!
Another thing is me---I am weaning my Mom off. After I was 10 month old, I started loosing interest in Mom's breastmilk. These days, I even never look for them. I haven't eaten breastmilk for several days, which made Mom feel very sad. She felt she lost the attachment to me. How come? She will always be my Mom.
